TERMS OF SALE
HANDMADE QUALITY AND MINOR IMPERFECTIONS:
Our Handmade items may include minor imperfections such as light misalignment, small cracks, variations in color or fragrance or other minor flaws. These characteristics are inherent to handmade production and do not qualify as defects. As such, they will not be replaced or refunded. These unique variations add to the charm and individually of each product. Additionally, our product range evolves continuously based on customer feedback, availability of materials and trends. changes may occur without prior notice.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:
Delivery lead times are estimates and not guaranteed deadlines. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing orders 2 weeks in advance. However, we often fulfill orders more quickly and within 2 weeks. During sales, promotions or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, lead times may be extended. Handmade products, in particular ceramic diffusers, are sensitive to environmental factors like drying times, which may cause delays. Please note that refunds are not provided for late deliveries, as we cannot commit to a specific date. Planning your orders ahead can help accommodate any potential delays.
COURIER SERVICE:
While we take great care to package orders securely, transit damage is a rare but possible occurrence. Once the courier collects the package, our fulfillments ends.
